Getting Started

The initial two-week start up training starts at the beginning so that regardless of your past experience, you’ll know everything your fellow classmates know by the end of class.  Included in the initial start up training are:

Ongoing Training

There are continual opportunities for franchise owners and their employees to brush-up on the basics and build additional skills. Because of the nature of the home improvement business there’s always something new.  Our franchisees have numerous opportunities to add to their knowledge base and skill set.
